Year-End Data Organization

We make tax season as easy as possible on you, by consolidating and organizing your receipts and other records, so you're ready for that annual appointment with your tax preparer. Do you have a box of receipts that you want to consolidate and categorize? A task like that can be daunting.

Whether for a small business, or even an individual, we'll go through your hard copies and bank statements to help you get ready for your appointment with a tax professional. Most often, your expenditures can be downloaded directly from your bank, saving you time and money.

Investigation and Research

Information can be scarce or hard to review in the midst of a divorce. We review all the discovery to identify trends, transfers of funds, and real estate values, so your attorney can focus on litigation and have the best information possible for settlement.

It's surprisingly common for one party in a divorce to have control of all the assets in the relationship, while the other party has limited knowledge and access. Paying an attorney or paralegal $150 - $400 per hour only makes the process more painful. We don't charge anywhere near that amount and are more specialized in expertise. If your attorney files a motion for discovery or a subpoena, we can sort through all the information to discover where funds are coming from, or transferred to. The more information you have to work with, the better your settlement will be.
